Tomodachi Thursday- Our First Marriage.

Hey welcome again to the news of CGL Island where big news has been bubbling since the morning of when this was written. Two islanders have gotten married. Now we just wait for babies and other islanders to fall in love with each other and get married.

If you’ve read the last Tomodachi post you probably would have know that my look-a-like were dating Todd Howard. Well now they're married! Before we jump into this, I am not here to fangirl over Todd or anything, just to talk about two islanders falling in love and getting married. Now to get that out of the way, they both look pretty happy and the wedding and proposal was really cute. To be able to propose one of either couplings would have to ask to prose you say 'sure', you go help them out, and then the marriage happens. Like I said cute! To help them out, you tell them when their partner thinks of them and they lead the conversation towards proposing. Different places have different conversations and if you don't muck it up, they get married. The only way I know to muck it up is to fail the mini game of the proposal and then bam not married really. Here's some photos of it all:

As well as our first marriage we have had ourselves our first argument. This was between Sam and Todd, and Kenny tried to sort it out but failed. Honestly, I felt so disheartened by this because Sam and Kenny are friends, but also Kenny looked so sad afterwards. If I could have tried to make them make up I would, I honestly felt so bad for Kenny afterwards due to him just not being able to make his friend make up with another friend. Plus it was the first argument on the island and it's between two great islanders and it was like watching the last episode of a great book series, pure sadness.

At least on a better note, there was some good island activities that I took part in or overlooked. For example, the frisbee in the park session was fun and I got to see two islanders trash talk each other a little whilst making them run after a frisbee every once in awhile. Another fun one was watching them have a rap battle with each other and then epically failing at the end of it. NOTHING beats a great fail. There was also a photography session in the park and a chat session in the café but nothing too extreme.

Whilst typing the last bit out I realised I forgot to introduce Dumbledore and Anime Girl. Dumbledore is self explanatory, and Anime Girl is an islander based off of Anime characters. My main inspiration for making these two characters was my love for Harry Potter and want to get into Anime, so it made sense for me to make these characters. Some photos are down below. (And yes he is in a Wizards costume and apartment, get over it Muggle 😜)
