Games Collecting Tips and Tricks

Hello and welcome today I will be talking about tips and tricks for games collecting for anyone who wants to get into collecting.

Tip One- know what your collecting

As there is a lot of games consoles and genres today, you could have a hard time knowing what to collect. If you have a plan of what console, genre, and/or game series you would like to collect then collecting games would be a lot easier as your not buying random games for the fun of it. I would suggest buying for consoles you already own and series or genres you already like as it would make collecting more fun and easy that way.

Tip Two- set a budget

No one has infinite spare income so having a budget would make sure you don't overspend. Sometimes its okay to overspend but make sure you underspend on the budget as you could add the underspend next month. As games don't tend to disappear if you see a game you like but can't afford it then wait until you find it when you can afford it.

Tip Three- research

Research can go along way especially when it comes to pricing and knowing how hard or easy it is to find games. By doing this research you can get an idea of what to buy when and if games are fake or not by knowing how to spot fakes.

Tip Four- buy bundles if possible

Bundles usually are cheaper then buying individual games so buying bundles even if you don't want all of the games as you can sell the unwanted games for money back. This can even booster your collection if your out to buy all games of a certain console.

Tip Five- know where to buy

Different places have different perks to them so know what you want before buying. For example, CEX is good if you want to make sure your consoles or games work or eBay if you want to buy bundles without worrying if they work or not. By knowing these things you'll be able to make informed decisions on where and how to buy your games.
